Refund Policy
Refunds are available for products deemed 'faulty' - refunds must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for products purchased in the incorrect sizings (eg: ring too small or big) - unless the product's size is incorrectly advertised. All products are the full responsibility of the customer until they have arrived back to the stated address, customers must also organise return shipping and pay any associated fees, unless there's a fault with the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please email with any issues at lewis@aestas.uk

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at lewis@aestas.uk.
